With the CT12B & CT26 the pins are located on the housings, whilst the centre cartridge has the actual holes that the pins go in.
Any decent machinist should be able to redrill the holes in the required spots however both wheels will be exposed during this process - you could get away with just removing the pins from the housings but you'll have to be carefull when you refit them to make sure they're lined up accordingly so the actuator fits on properly.
