Speed limits are posted for a reason , at the end of the day whether you or I think they are right or wrong means a whole lot of nothing. As a driver your obligated by law to follow them and not use your own judgement to work out the safest speed to travel.

This is a forum so if i want to give my opinion i will wether you want it or not

Do you work for the Victorian Government? Razz

Have you ever exceeded the posted speed limit? I bet you have...

But usually, your probably one of those people who when going from a 100km/hr to a 80km/hr zone slams on the brakes the second you pass the 80km/hr sign.

From what you said we should use the speed signs to indicate the speed we should travel. Right?

So that means that if the signs 100, I have to do 100. Right?

Well I can't use my own judgement so I guess so!

So if its raining, theres lots of traffic, the roads are slippery therefore the conditions not suitable to travel at 100, do I still have to drive at 100?

You sure f**king do son! Because the speed sign says 100 you have to do 100!

Don't even think about using your own judgement and driving to prevailing conditions!

Sorry, I'm really passionate about the speeding issue and even though your entitled to your opinion, I'm entitled to call it a load of f**king crap. Because thats exactly what it is.

Oh and regarding the Good Behaviour Bond, as long as you elect do go on it before the 3 month suspension starts then you should be right. Very Happy
