I just checked the spark, coils and the signal to the coils and they were all good.
Compression is good in all cylinders.
I pulled the plug out and it was sparking when on the ground.

I unplugged the coil and ran the car for a second and then pulled the plug out and there was no fuel on it. So then i pulled the plug out and ran it for a sec and there was no mist coming out of the plug hole.

Then i checked that there was power on the terminals for the plugs and the cylinder that isn't firing had the same as another one. This leads me to believe that the injector is clogged or something.

I am going to start a new thread on the removal of the injector.
