I think you guys don't understand the question. The files have been locked so that they can't be printed on Adobe Acrobat (and most other PDF viewers).
So, no, I can't print it up as an image, there's no Print option to start with.
I can print it at home on my Linux b0xen 'coz ggv ignores the print lock, but I want to be able to use a fast printer which means Adobe Acrobat. Which means I need to get rid of the print lock.
