You'd need to run a sump and a single stage pump (like from a wet sump system). these don't come cheap. The also need to mounted, custom in your case, and belt driven.

You may get away with running the sump at engine sump height (top oil level) and having it drain as an overflow system. Just running into a lower point in the sump. Anyone can confirm of refute this working.
