Thats what i have on my Gt4 - See avatar ..

mine are 16's in the silver finish ( cant get the hyperchrome )

Im sorry Classique71, but I have to do this. I owned a set of Performance Wheels Tempest, and they are really bad. The first set I had, I used [/b]expensive[/b] Meguires mag wheel cleaner on them (thinking I was doing the right thing) and the paint run as soons as it was sprayed on. I then took them back for warranty, which took several months (no joke!), and they repainted them, then tried to charge me!! The whole time I was told they were being done under warranty.

Second set. Didn't EVER touch them with ANY cleaners at all excpet slightly soapy water and a soft sponge. The paint went from the nice silvery colour to a dull grey. I figured it was the brake dust sitting and drying on the wheels. They didnt go as bad as the first set, but now one of my girlfriends, friends my old Corolla, and they are literally black now. Typical chick i spose Razz

but she never cleans them or anything. So the paint has just totally disappeared.

I have seen several other cars with different types of PErformance Wheels with the Hyperchrome finish and the same thing has happened to them all.

I hope this doesnt happen to you mate! Sorry! Embarassed
