RTV silicone gasket compound.

This stuff needs to be applied like a replacement gasket though, so you'd still have to remove the manifold and clean/face the contact surfaces for it to work. You can't just squirt it on the outside. When you torque the surfaces together, don't torque them too tight or the compound is squeezed too thin and will fail.

I've got some and am in Melbourne too, come borrow a bit if you want.
