What you should have done is had an aircon place take the gas out for you before you started your conversion (save the environment)...
Are you going to take the aircon out of the car, or leave it in? If your leaving it in do 4ac's nad 4age's have different compressors? If not I'd leave the system gassed (ie just disconnect the compressor from the block, leaving the lines attached to it, then bolt it back onto the 4age). Otherwise I guess you can just release the gas and change compressors over, then get it regassed at an aircon place....
If you want to know how to remove it completely then thats another story too
