i just un did the nut and let the gas out Evil or Very Mad

then i just cut the belt took the air con out by undoing the bolts to the block then pulled out the aircon box from the passanger side inside the car.

but i think you will have to get a custome belt made up or use a piece of string or something to see how bigger belt you will need.
