Actually truck intercoolers have been discussed here before. It's a common misconception that truck intercoolers "don't flow", but that's nonsense; big trucks with 600hp and up flow a LOT of air, and the cooler needs to be built accordingly! Of course that's not to say there aren't any shitty truck intercoolers out there, because there are; you have to choose carefully but you can end up with a very good cooler for not much money.
