if you are referring to the Lancer GSR one in the Classifieds section, then it may pay to visit the GSR/EVO forums and ask a few questions.
That intercooler is off a 1.8L turbo making around 140Kw.
At what point to the Lancer guys upgrade it?
I'd *guess* it could probably handle up to around 180-190Kw... I've driven a GSR running 13psi with the standard cooler and it was fine. 18-20psi is a fair bit more boost thou.
