To use Loctite properly, you have to put in all the bolts, up to about 20ft-lbs, then one-by-one undo them and put a little Loctite on the clean threads and a little oil under the head of the bolt, then do it up to the required torque. Then move to the next bolt. The reason is that a lot of people often use too much Loctite, and it'll soak into the surface between the flywheel & crank flange. That film will eventually crumble, and so let the flywheel move around a tiny bit, which can eventually cause the bolts to fail. Only a drop of Loctite is needed! [Report message to a moderator]
