When I bought a CV boot for my corolla it was a universal one with a few different locations to tie it i.e you could cut the boot if the thickness of the joint was larger then the largest diameter fitting of the boot (worked sweet as). If you ring up a place that specifically deals with driveshafts and boots etc they will definately kit you up with one that will fit your car. If you're doing it yourself and the boot has not long split, use a cone and a stretch boot (lubricated) to save you taking the driveshaft completely off the car and hammering the joint apart. Clean out all old grease (as much as you can) then pack it up with new grease once new boot has been put over the top using cone.

Have a quick look here
