Fri, 30 January 2004 12:47 go to supercheap and buy generic relay (5 bucks or so), or go to a wrecker and get a headlight or similar relay. try to get the ones that have the "switch" symbol (for the pins you use for running the fan) and the "coil" or "resistor box type thing" symbol (these pins are where you run your switching wire) look for a relay that only has 4 pins, or 3, the 3 pinners use a common earth, get the simplest relay you can. sorry if this seems condescending at all, but i know it took me a while to work out how relays work. i'm sure i will have problems hookingup my thermo fans. good luck!
