Do you have an air compressor & access to a welder? The best way to find leaks is to take a short section of mild steel exhaust pipe that will fit in place of your air filter/airbox (with a hose clamp of course), weld a circular plate to one side of it, and a 6mm diameter fitting through the plate (a piece of small pipe such as fuel line will do). With the car turned off, hook the fitting up via some vaccum hose to an air blower on your air compressor, and pressurise the system to about 10psi. You will clearly hear/feel any leaks in the intake plumbing and intercooler. Might sound like a hassle, but its guaranteed to isolate any leaks...
