Why don't you go to you local brake shop and buy some brake lines and bend it into shape. It's easy and you can reuse the lines for EFI conversion if your plans take you that far later on. But if you're going EFI later on for sure, be wise in the size of the line you purchase.
I bought a 5.5m roll for $35 bucks in 8mm (5/16). The EFI hose would've have cost me $60 for 3m over the counter.
