Depends if Toyota actually recorded all of that on a Pink Slip form. Since they are individually numbered and reported, the RTA can do follow ups when you go elsewhere and get another pinkslip.
At least get another opinion anyway. If they are full of crap, a kock on the door from the RTA should not be a problem anyway.
