Ok,
Headunit: Minimally, get one with a MOSFET chip in it, (most decent brands these days do, but Pioneer did it first )
That way you can live without an amp for a bit if $$ is tight.
Speakers: 4" splits in the front, possibly either side of the centre console, near the floor? with tweeters up on the dash, or the A pillars.
Look a the depth of your doors, consider 6", 7" or even 6x9" in the doors, for a bit more midrange and bass, as you are definately going to struggle for subwoofer space!
Sub: pah, just put a rattle in your exhaust!!
Amp: consider mounting this in the 'front boot'?
