afaik, the only difference between an RPm pressure plate and the normal PBR is the weight (pressure).
the normal sprung centre friction plate comes with both of the "clutch kits" unless you ask for something different.
i like PBR/RPM stuff, but thats just me 
buying from the wholesaler is also much cheaper..
