3 terminal batteries

Does anybody have ANY idea who might sell the 3 terminal batteries? The ones that have 7 or 8 cells (14 or 16 volts nominal) with a third terminal connected to the 6th cell (12 volts nominal). So far I'm stuffed if I can find someone that sells them in this country!
