Here's a thought: Never take the answer that anything won't fit anything - if you come see me with ENOUGH $, I can MAKE the box fit your Mirage, but, er, you may have to get used to a few compromises:
1. The Mirage engine will suffer a loss in response due to the extra torque consumption of the V160 box
2. The Mirage will no longer be front wheel drive...
3. The Mirage will now suffer from a noticable decline in cabin space, as a result of the BLOODY GREAT GEARBOX passing through the middle of it, not to mention the new rear end. Is this likely to be a problem?
If you want to do something with your Mirage, why not consider an engine swap? A full EVO driveline, maybe a 6G71 (or whatever they're called! the 2 litre MIVEC V6), or be daring a get a Toyota engine put in there
See? There's no need to be narky! Just give simple, honest answers...
