I have a pretty much stock 7M-GTE, and I was after a good flowing airbox to suit it. It has a foam pod filter on it currently, but I don't want to attract any attention from our friendly boys in blue. Basically, I want to swap it for a nice flowing stock item. I was told the factory 5M airbox was a good match-up for it - any other suggestions? I'm also open to suggestions of chopping or hacking up factory airboxes, but only if there is any real advantage to be gained from it.

I'm not sure how viable it is for me to go back to the factory 7MGTE airbox, seeing as I'm working in the engine bay of a mk2. But if anyone knows if/how I can "persuade" it to fit, that'd be great.
