Nomination Statement
Position: Social Secretary
Name: Dav Hoban #47
“I wish to be considered for the Toymods Board position of Social Secretary for the main reason being commitment to the club. I have only missed one monthly meeting (due to the lack of transport) during the year, I try to attend as many club events as possible, and I’m always willing to lend a hand.
I will bring a new ‘lifestyle’ to the social events, as being based in Coogee, the event locations will be more scattered throughout Sydney, hopefully making it more appealing to more members who are not based around Baulkham Hills. Given the chance, I know I can put together some great social events for the year as well as being open to any/all suggestions from board and club members.
Also, as I have put my hand up to do the Toymods newsletter, it would be beneficial for me to attend the board meetings, making it an easier task to collate info and put together the newsletter.”
