I just tend to tell the people to send it as a gift / sample ... and that is via Express Registered EMS post with insurance to boot. Avoids GST and any other postage duties - just like all my other Ebay purchases ... Yeah ... a mate brought in a couple of diffs from NZ and was whacked with GST etc so I'm aware of that side of the coin. However, small part like an LSD should get through no probs - obviously this is just shipping in just one part, not like three at a time and given the express postage, custom has less time to check it out. Saves me $200 plus extra labour $$$ to shave axles to fit the LSD. Plus I get extra bite from the extra plates it has over the TRD and an overall better unit ... TRD's are supposedly OEM LSD's made by Hitachi if I do recall. Cusco / Kaaz on the other hand are manufactured from scratch to suit the particular car. Besides, IMHO Kristian is often too busy with emails so no guarantee when the parts will arrive - could be quick, could be slow ... ultimately, you as the buyer decide where to go.
