I am not experienced enough to pick a good spring rate, but i've been asking a lot of people..
Everyones reponses so far (suspension shops, people involved in motorsport) seem to range from 250lbs up to 300lbs. So I kinda figured 280 is half way on the high side.
Another debate is linear vs progressive. A lot of mixed answers on this one so confused as hell what one to go for.
I figured it would be good if I could find off the shelf springs for the coilovers as then I could change them as needed. But looks like might have to go custom which is cool.
