thanks, yeah i have heard that changing axle's weakens them a little, considering it's only a 2TG up front, i don't think that there should be too many issues with strength.
the main problem i have now is getting the bent axle out, tried putting the drum on backwards and using it for leverage and also a slide hammer both to no avail, i don't really want to pull the centre out, are there any other suggestions?
