NA Spark plugs

Ok my run around/tow car is due for a service and it needs some new plugs. I'm wanting to get some that will help the engine produce a little more gogo, so does anyone have any sugestions?
I'm also after a hiflow pannel filter. Any particular types/brands work best?
Oh the car in question is my AU 6cyl Coon.
