Ok well ive tried heaps of things and can't work out why the hell its doing it.
Comes on boost fine, revs perfect till it hits 5k rpm and starts what I feel to be missing. Its hard to explain it kinda goes on off on off with very fine jerks and the revs go up slower and power drops off. Im pretty sure its miss firing.
Ok ive recently taken all cooler pipes off and fixed a couple leaks, now idles lower, off a different motor ive user different speak leads, new speak plugs, different distributor cap and different coil. All to no evail.
What could it be?
I had it dyno'd and here are the graphs, as you can see it hits 5k and power goes flat.

any ideas? its running pretty rich so I doubt its fueling. But maybe one of the injectors isn't performing well enough? could it still run rich like that?
