Fri, 16 August 2002 07:08 All (or nearly all) 4A-C engines have that flat spot installed at the factory. And theres no easy way to just tune it out that I've heard of. That just the way the standard engines are from what I've heard. I know in my AE82 sedan, the 4A-C has little power low in the rev range as well, although the run on problem should be looked at.
