Haven't heard of a 20V into an ae112. I think should check the legalities regarding engine age. I've heard (though never seen in writing) that it is illegal to put an engine older than the chassis into a car. This would make getting a 20V somewhat more difficult I image ans you would be restricted to engines from 99 onwards.
Apart from that I think the block would bolt in without too much drama. The standard advice for this sort of conversion is to get a front cut because then you get all the electrics, appropriate gearbox, drive shafts a brakes. saves you having to buy sensors and other little parts later on.
