My motor in the Camry 3SFE has done 363,000ks  at the moment, and rebuilt at 300,000 , i recommend Penrite HPR40 20w/70  ( I have tried SHELL, VALVOLINE, CALTEX and many others coming in second place for me is Penzoil, but the best in my opinion for high mileage cars is Penrite HPR40  . Whatever you do dont go any lower than 20w/50 because you will screw up your high mileage engine. The good thing about Penrite oils is its designed for Australian conditions ie. Bloody hot hehe, specially lately in Sydney with temps in the 40's  .
