nope - boiling raises pressure (do a google search for "brownian motion" i think), pressure drops due to the caps' maximum by way of vapour and fluid being vented out the recovery cap into the overflow bottle but the system should keep the pressure (cap opens at 13psi)

there's not quite enuf room at the rear for 2 x 10" mounted flush- the rear-shroud spreads out sideways from the radiator so both fans could fully 'see' the radiator. i've got the support strut for the bonnet lock in the way.
if i don't mount the fans flush they might fit. just.

yes, it's possible that the two fans are not up to scratch - bugger.
