What are you going to do for fuel management Ryley??
You wont have spectacular luck with the stock ecu, the fuel injectors will max out fairly quickly, if u wanna do this as cheaply and simply as possible, id say to use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, although i dont recommend it due to its crudeness and improper use of injectors.
Check out www.bgsoflex.com/megasquirt.html for the best bang for buck fuel management. I'm buying it to convert my 21R-C into 21R-E 
Things you will need:
Turbo manifold - I doubt the 7mgte one will fit due to dohc/sohc differences. Just buy steampipe for like $3 a bend and make a nice durable manifold.
Spark management - You may need to simply retard ur timing or you can go with an aftermarket controller. There are other little mods you can do to ur dizzy, but im not sure how they are performed in order to retard timing under boost.
Downpipe to mate with rest of exhaust
You can drill a hole into side of block or into side of sump for oil drain. For oil feed, if you have a blocked off port in the side of ur block pressurized after the oil filter, use it instead of the oil pressure sender spot, unless u wanna run a seperate oil filter for ur turbo.
It's a pretty big job to turbo an engine, do the research before you even touch the hood release.
