oldcorollas Forums Junkie Location: Kita-Ku, Sapporo, Japan Registered: January 2003	Re: 1g-gte missing Wed, 18 February 2004 00:46 looking at your torque and AFR graphs... the torque drops off remarkably at about 4800rpm.. looks 'not good' (tm) comparign directly against AFR, everything seems hunky dory until 3500, when you go from a little bit rich to 'buckets and buckets of fuel' (tm) 10.5 is pretty bloody rich, and also helps to explain the misfiring... as the AFR gets richer, it gets harder to ignite. also as boost increases it gets harder to ignite, so you have two things workign against you.. i honestly don't know if your AFR graph is "normal" for a stock ECU, but if i'd paid someone to do it, i'd be looking for a refund .. or maybe it's just 'safely rich'?
