Need desperate help

Hey
I've just completed putting the 4age into my sprinter...
I've wired it all up, all fuel hoses connected, all relays complete...
i go to start it, and it cranks but it doesn't
I've got no spark or power to my fuel pump...
what could i be missing, anything know of something simple that i can check and see, i feel its something simple that i have missed... and don't want to do anything drastic, untill i have checked everything first...
