Go to the Articles section,
then Engine Conversions,
then FWD to RWD 4A-GE conversion by Michael Seymour.
That should help you heaps.
As for the 100kw 4age being the best 16v, in naturally asperated I think it is. But don't forget there is also the 4agze 16v supercharged which I think is the best.
If you don't want forced induction go the 100kw 4AGE
