I am guessing for 15sec you just need a 2T-G in good health, maybe mild cams. 3T bottom end would help, and light flywheel. It would not take much realy. To do less than 14sec with a 2T-G you would realy have to start working over the motor. 2000cc, 45mm Webbers. Big cams, light flywheel. Good tyres. Everything dialed in right, high rpm.
