steve it wont pass just with ram tubes even if you have socks on them you have a breather on the rocker cover that has to go to the air filter assembly also the pvc must be hooked up as well,also being 1979 model the air pump will have to be on there as well ,the 18rg u is a pollution motor that has a airpump on it
