Yes, my web host has decided to play silly buggers with all of their paying customers.
Me: Where the hell did my web site go??
Webhost: We just upgraded to Windows 2003 servers. We were going to tell you but we "lost" your contact details. Again.
Me: So why didn't you copy my stuff to the new server?
Webhost: You didn't ask us to.
Me: <slaps forehead> Fine, can you copy my stuff now?
Webhost: (days later) Sure, there you go.
Me: Woohoo!
Me: (a couple of days later) Where the hell did my web site go??
Webhost: <silence>
Graaagh!!
