I've not heard of it being done - on a forum like this there are a lot of talkers and noone even claims to have done it.
I would not be surprised if someone had, just a matter of tracking them down. IRS diff upgrades are notoriously difficult - not having done anything like it before, I'd only be guessing, but:
I would suggest that your easiest option would be to retain the entire MA61 setup disc brake setup, but running the G-series diff and custom driveshafts.
