Been shopping at supercheap . The 3 jaw puller cost $18.50. There was the same size in plastic fully assembled for $30 but this one was in a box in pieces, this looks a bit shittier than the other but should do the job. I also got a "harmonic balancer pulley kit" for $25 to get pulleys etc off. The 3 jaw I got was the 2nd smallest they had. I hope it will do the trick -gold has got me wondering. I showed it to my old man, he reckons he has a 2 and a similar 3 jaw, wish he'd organise his tools a bit better so I knew what he had. He doesn't like me borrowing his stuff cause he reckons they always come back with grease on them ...which they probably do. thanks for the input.
