When I turned off the car, boiled water (no coolant in this baby) filled the reservoir. Ever the optimist, I booked it into Natrad to get the radiator serviced and after I parted with my $300 they told me that they had trouble getting the air out of the system and it probably had a blown head gasket. Thanks Natrad. Does it sound like it's blown? It still idles perfectly and the temp gauge isn't going through the roof. I'm a mechanical novice, so the advice/assistance of any seasoned campaigners would be most welcome. I'll get a few quotes on what a workshop would charge tomorrow.
