You'd just need to find someone experienced with carburettors that keeps a stock of Solex jets. You could try Sean Maloney, he jetted my Solexes and dialled them in without a dyno, bun you'd want a dyno analysis for best results.
Try Stu (Classique71), I'm sure he knows someone in Ballarat or surrounds who is knowledgeable with these motors as he lives in Colac and had work on his done out there somewhere.

Well, I guess you'd have peace of mind, your carburettors would be renewed. If they're in good order now though it might not be money you need to spend. Not sure of cost, have to find them first!
