Try a place in Melbourne, I have got ke20 flares there and they list ke10 as well in their list.
They are called Chellange Fibreglass Pty. Ltd.
They are in Burke rd, Camberwell, Victoria,3124.

It was quite some time ago that I got stuff there so I don't know if they are still there.
