Still checking on that kristian - ive found the manifests and the consignment notes it was put on - so hopefully when i call them up tomorrow for the umpteenth time , they might be able to shed light on it ..
otherwise im talking to the parts supplier regarding what action we want to take re getting compensation for lost goods that were payed for
