380cc would be plenty, for that amount of boost. As long as they are the push in type there shouldn't be any drama with fitting them in your fuel rail.

The connectors however sometime have the lug in a different position, but i just cut bits out of my plugs to make them fit on my rx7 injectors Smile. Not sure if that would be necessary for 1jz injectors though.

As for the 7M injectors, there not too much bigger than the standard ones. Which doesn't leave you much room if you decide to run a bit more boost.
