18R-GEU injectors are around 200cc (give or take 20cc, can't remember exactly) while the 7M-GTE injectors are 440cc, so that's a HUGE upgrade and more than enough for 5-6psi boost.
7M injectors will fit the in the fuel rail but 1JZ injectors won't, they're a totally different type.
