Easiest: 2T-GEU. Practically bolts in, you just have to worry about wiring and fuel system, both of which are no big deal.
If you want decent performance the 3T-GTEU turbo will get your TA22 moving nicely, but there's a bit more work involved here and they're becoming hard to find these days.
