the 3sge will say 3sge on the timing belt cover
the 3sge has a rather noticeably large head  Here is a rather dirty one
the 3sfe looks quite skinny.
The ST's didn't come with many electric options dude.. you sure it's not an SX. if the St has a different ECU than the SX?? I have no idea... that couldbe something to consider. I wouldn't buy an ST - cause they seem to sell for similar prices to SXs but are nowhere near as good. If it has a 3sge in it, maybe, but is it JUST the motor that has been swapped??? so many questions..
