$400 is a dirty great rip off, even if that included removal & installation. I recently paid $100 to have a set of GZE injectors cleaned & flowed, which is around the going price.
Go somewhere else, & never go back to that mechanic. I mean really, what a great suggestion, pay him $400 to do a relatively easy & quick job. Did he give any reason to clean the injectors?
